After more than 20 years as a first responder, I felt a deep pull to support others in a more heart-centered, holistic way. I’ve always been drawn to complementary therapies and the connection between allopathic and naturopathic approaches. That curiosity led me to energy wellness and the path I walk today.
I began my formal training in Reiki in 2019, earning my Master-level Reiki certification at Mount Royal University under the guidance of Reiki Master-Teacher Diana Lynn Mayorga. In 2021, I completed my Medical Reiki certification with Raven Keyes, followed by Animal Reiki Practitioner training in 2022 — and most recently, Teacher certification (2024) in the Let Animals Lead® method by Kathleen Prasad. I also hold a 300-hour Meditation Teacher certificate from YogaMCC, and I’m currently working toward full certification in Healing Touch Therapy.
My own experience with an occupational stress injury shapes everything I do in this work. I know first-hand how important it is to feel safe, seen, and supported. The heart of this practice is about offering gentle, compassionate care to help others find rest, relief, and reconnection — whether you're navigating anxiety, PTSD, depression, going through cancer treatment, or other conditions / diagnoses.
While working with animals, I’ve been honoured to witness beautiful transformations in the support of horses, dogs, and cats through energy work.
When I’m not with clients, I stay busy facilitating Equine Assisted Learning workshops, designing Reiki-infused bracelets, exploring photography, diving into continued learning, and spending time with my husband and our animals — who all bring so much joy and grounding to my life.
